SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Axiplex, you agree to the following:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You authorize us to send text messages regarding our services
• Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month
• Message and data rates may apply
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time
• For help, reply HELP or contact support@axiplex.com

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, violate any applicable laws, or infringe on the rights of others.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAVARRO VENTURES LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
